These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Estimix websites, calculators, and related content ("Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Estimix.

Website usage rules

You may use Estimix only for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to disrupt servers, scrape content in a way that degrades performance, probe for vulnerabilities, reverse engineer the site where prohibited, or use automated systems to access the Services in violation of these Terms or applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct we reasonably believe violates these rules.

No professional advice

Estimix provides general informational tools and content. Nothing on the site constitutes engineering, architectural, legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice. You should consult qualified licensed professionals for project-specific decisions, code compliance, structural design, soil conditions, safety planning, and contractual obligations.

Accuracy and estimates

Calculator outputs depend on the accuracy of your inputs and documented formulas. Results are estimates for planning and communication only. Field conditions, waste, compaction, moisture, supplier units, mix designs, and local practices can materially change real-world quantities and costs. You are solely responsible for verifying numbers before ordering materials or relying on them in bids.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ESTIMIX AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (TYPICALLY ZERO FOR FREE TOOLS) OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), UNLESS APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES OTHERWISE.

Intellectual property

The Services, including text, graphics, logos, layout, calculator logic as expressed in site code, and branding, are owned by Estimix or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission, except for temporary copies in your browser as needed for normal viewing or as allowed by law.
